In cases where non-standard or complex systems are involved, our team conducts a technical feasibility assessment to ensure we can reliably and securely access the data required to power your DASH dashboards.
Yes – security is a top priority. DASH is developed using secure coding practices, and when we host it for you (which is our standard approach), your data is stored in our ISO 27001-accredited data centre. This ensures your internal communications data is protected to internationally recognised security standards.
By default, DASH is hosted in our secure cloud data centre, ensuring reliable performance and data protection. However, if your organisation prefers to manage hosting internally, DASH can also be self-hosted – subject to your internal IT infrastructure and security requirements. We’ll work with your team to determine the best setup for your needs.
